    FOUNDER

    As former superintendent of schools with over 20 years of experience in K-12 education, Dr. Narcisse has a demonstrated history of working in the education management industry. Skilled in building partnerships with nonprofit organizations, as well as, business partners that serve English as a Second Language (ESL) students, Early Childhood, Primary and Secondary Education students. Also experienced in working in some of the largest urban and suburban school systems in the United States. His specialties include innovation, workforce development, and organizational strategies. Dr Narcisse is also a member of 100 Black Men of America and a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

    Chief Financial Officer

    With over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, Tamara is SJ Apple Consulting’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As the senior executive responsible for managing the financial actions of the firm. Their primary duties include overseeing financial planning, managing financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. She works closely with the managing partner to develop and implement financial strategies that support the firm’s overall goals. Tamara ensures that the company complies with financial regulations, manages budgeting processes, and analyzes the company's financial strengths and weaknesses to propose corrective actions.

    Consulting Partner Procurement & Audits

    Paul brings over 20 years of experience in procurement and auditing.  As a consulting partner, he provides guidance and advice on how to optimize procurement processes, help develop strategies for efficient sourcing, supplier management, compensation studies, and cost control. On the auditing side, he assists with preparing and conducting audits, improving internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance, and mitigating financial risks.
